Welcome to our shop! We are constantly expanding and improving our operations here at Fairfield Woodworks. After meeting in the showroom to go over the details of your project, stay for a tour of our facility and meet our team in action!
Our CNC router is where it all begins in the process of building your project! This router will cut out the all of the plywood structures for the entire project.
Once the project is cut out on our router, it is then put into production. Our team members start the process of building the cabinets, attaching frames and adding the details to your project. Pictured: Darren, our head cabinet builder is attaching the face frame to a drawer stack cabinet.
Steve is re-sawing wood to apply to finish end panels on our custom cabinets. Steve is our expert CAD man. He takes the drawings we create for you to see your kitchen, and perfects them before sending it to the router in the previous photos.
After the cabinets are built they head back to the sanding room. Rick fine tunes all of the details of the project. During the sanding process he makes sure everything looks good and all pieces are in order.
Next up is our spray room. Pictured is an oven cabinet being sprayed white by Andrew. We can match any paint rom Sherwin Williams, Farrow & Ball or Benjamin Moore.
